As a seasoned strategist, I dig into the users and environments associated with a product to define interaction touchpoints that are intuitive, appealing and fluid. With a background in both digital and built environments, I naturally consider and define comprehensive user experiences.

After studying user-specific needs, I mock-up prototypes using Adobe XD or InVision to test layout and information architecture
